Pipe-fitter
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Pipe-fitters to join our team in the Denver metro area, extending up to Longmont. With a focus on rigging and fitting large bore pipes, candidates will be working with carbon steel and copper piping ranging from 2 1/2" to 12".
Responsibilities:
Rigging and fitting up carbon steel pipes, including cutting, grinding, and beveling.
Brazing and soldering pipes.
Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
Laying out and installing pipe hangers and supports.
Essential Skills:
4+ years of experience in pipe fitting.
Proficiency in working with 2 1/2", 6", 10", and 12" carbon steel and copper piping.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with layout and installation of pipe hangers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
NCCER licensed.
Pipe fitting license.
Pipefitting journey license.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, from either 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 40 hours a week with a small possibility of overtime or Saturday work. The position requires reliable transportation to travel to the site. The role involves working in a commercial construction setting with a focus on pipe fitting, fabrication, and blueprint reading.
