Concrete Foreman

We are an established Commercial Concrete Construction Company with annual sales of $10M-$15M, looking for a top-notch Concrete Foreman to join our hard-working team. This is a key field leadershop role requiring a disciplined, versatile individual with sound judgement, strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a proactive mindset.
Our projects include structural and site concrete work for commercial, multifamily, and public works clients throughout the San Diego region. Required Skillsets & Responsibilities
FIELD LEADERSHIP
Supervise and coordinate daily work of concrete crews
Maintain safe and efficient jobsite operations
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Communicate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
Track timecards, material use, and job progress reports
Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols
Train and mentor crew members to develop talent and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of concrete field experience, with 2+ years as a working foreman or leadman
In-depth knowledge of structural and site concrete: footings, slabs, walls, flatwork, ADA ramps, curbs, etc.
Proficient in plan reading and layout
Reliable, organized, and hands-on leader
Must pass pre-employment drug screening (excluding THC)
Journeyman Certificate a plus!
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
OSHA 30 Certification
Familiarity with public works projects, prevailing wage compliance, and certified payroll
