CMC Homes is a custom home and renovation company based out of Whistler, BC. We have been in operation since 2010 and have a well established growing business. Our projects range from renovations and major additions to luxury custom homes. We are expand our team and are looking to hire carpenters to help with our busy schedule in Whistler.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter located in Whistler, BC. The Carpenter will be responsible for tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry duties. Daily responsibilities will include the use of power tools and hand tools to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures. The candidate will work closely with construction teams to ensure high standards of quality and safety
Qualifications
Experience in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools
Skills in Framing structures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Proven experience in construction or a related field is a plus
Certification in carpentry or relevant field is advantageous
