About the Role
Were looking for a reliable, motivated, and skilled General Labor Handyman to join our team. A true "Jack-of-All-Trades". This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in craftsmanship. Youll be working directly on home remodel projects ranging from demolition and framing to finishing touches like painting, flooring, and trim work.

What Youll Do

Assist with all phases of home remodeling, including:

Demolition and cleanup

Carpentry, framing, drywall, and finishing

Flooring installation (LVP, tile, etc.)

Painting, caulking, and touch-ups

Minor plumbing and electrical tasks (as allowed by code)

Exterior work such as siding, landscaping, and general repairs

Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively

Follow project timelines and directions while staying adaptable

Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Work closely with owners and other crew members to get projects done on time and with quality craftsmanship

What Were Looking For:

Proven handyman or general labor experience, preferably in home remodeling

Knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, flooring, and light plumbing/electrical is a plus

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn new skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor in various weather conditions
