THE WORK:

• You'll perform inspection of major reinforced concrete structures including pile foundations, roadways, and bridges across multiple jurisdictions.
• You'll conduct inspections for the installation of sanitary sewer systems and storm drains, including related structures, in accordance with City and County of Los Angeles Standards.
• Perform inspections for the installation of street lighting and traffic signal systems, following the specifications set by the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Lighting and the Los Angeles Department of Transportation.
• Apply extensive knowledge of City of Los Angeles Standard Plans/Specifications and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook).
• Apply extensive knowledge of Cal-Trans construction Standard Plans and Specifications.
• Ensure compliance with multi-phased, site-specific traffic control plans, with a strong emphasis on pedestrian safety and routing.
• Apply knowledge of and enforce Cal-OSHA, Contractor's and LAWA safety requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive daily inspection reports that clearly and concisely documents observed construction activities and identifies issues, deficiencies, and safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in reviewing and approving Contractor's monthly progress payment request based on work completed and approved schedule of values.
• Collaborate professionally within a large team of Inspectors.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.

$141,201.42 - $155,324 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Current Cal-Trans test method certifications in 100, 200, 300, and 500 series desired
• Current City of Los Angeles Deputy Inspector Licenses; Grading, Concrete, Post Tension desired
• 30-hour Cal-OSHA training received within the last 4 years
