• Pay rate $20-$35 per hour based on experience.

Requirements:

• Sewer Layer License preferred but not required
• Experience in excavator machine operation, loading and delivery is a must
• Must be able to complete required physical labor for entire shift
• Must maintain a healthy physique able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, hold a minimum of 30 lbs overhead for an extended period, squat/sit in small space for extended period, and aid in other overall physical job requirements
• Must be able to understand and adhere to safety requirements of this position
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Proficient with small tools
• Ability to be on time at yard (6 am) everyday

Responsibilities

• Help equipment operator, excavation manager, and other skilled labor when necessary
• Prepares necessary supplies, tools and other equipment for transport to worksite
• Load or unload construction materials
• Operates small hand tools and provides other construction type labor in projects
• Set up and take down ladders, barriers, and other temporary structure
• Maintaining a clean job site - pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
• Pipefitting, water meter repairs, new service install, ditch work
• Proficient with use of pipe/grade laser
• Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
