Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project management for both new construction projects and tenant improvement projects. The PC's duties include overseeing contractors, managing schedules, tracking budgets, coordinating design activities between architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords and regulatory agencies to ensure timely completion within budgeted costs and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the lease negotiation process as it relates to work letters and construction scope
• Track progress against budgeted costs and scheduled dates; report on variances
• Communicate with tenants regarding their assigned projects; manage tenant expectations and keep them informed throughout the entire process
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications
• Create and execute contracts for architects, general contractors, and other vendors as needed
• Process change orders, submit and code project invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in healthcare/medical office space planning and design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
