Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of performance testing strategies across our enterprise applications.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance engineering, with hands-on proficiency in scripting using LoadRunner and NeoLoad, and a strong ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across complex systems. This role is critical in ensuring our applications meet high standards of scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad scripting and execution.
- Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, Neoload, LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft API is a plus
- Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Solid understanding of networking, databases, and application performance metrics.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad and familiar with Protocols such as Web HTTP/HTML , JMS , SAP , Citrix
- Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead performance testing efforts including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior performance engineers.
- Create detailed performance test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Monitor application performance in production and recommend tuning opportunities.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure).
- Recommend and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and select appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers on performance testing best practices.
- Create detailed documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 a Year
