**interviews being conducted this week** Job Description This position involves working on the Site Engineering team to independently engineer and design site development projects in collaboration with Professional Engineers and CAD Designers. The company specializes in Commercial, Industrial, K-12, and Multi-family projects. Responsibilities- Conduct site feasibility studies to determine project viability.
- Perform site and environmental analyses to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop schematic designs for site projects.
- Coordinate engineering systems to ensure project integration and functionality.
- Analyze site costs to optimize project budgets.
- Develop site design plans ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Prepare comprehensive site construction documents for project execution.
- Research specifications and materials to support project requirements.
- Check and coordinate documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in bidding and contract negotiation processes.
- Perform office work during the construction phase to support project management.
- Conduct site observations during the construction phase to ensure project alignment.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Civil Engineering Intern - EI (Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam).
- 3+ years of experience in Site Design using Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to work independently on site projects with minimal assistance.
- Experience in taking projects from start to finish, including client communication.

The Client is open to candidates from 2 years of civil site engineering experience to 20+ years of civil site engineering experience. They are open to all levels - project engineer, Professional Engineer, Assistant PM, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
