The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join the U.S. Client Services team to lead the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs. This role oversees end-to-end event operationsfrom strategy and logistics to vendor management and on-site deliverywhile mentoring team members and ensuring flawless client experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage complex, high-profile events

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs (e.g., sporting events & VIP client experiences) while ensuring alignment with client business goals and internal KPIs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development support to ensure team growth and performance
  • Drive strategic input hospitality plans and programing, contributing to ideation, creative development and high-level planning.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics from strategic planning and timeline development to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up, ensuring operational excellence
  • Oversee guest event registrations, communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, VIP hotel reservations, F&B, gifting, video content capture.
  • Ensure brand standards are met across all event touchpointsboth front-of-house and behind the scenes.
  • Lead budget management including creation, tracking, reconciliation, forecasting and reporting with accountability for program financial health
  • Works closely with Client Services, Creative, U.S. Hospitality, vendors and additional contracted agencies (experiential, comms)
  • Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationships, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and brand expectations
  • Maintains initiative-taking, positive, and open line of communication with client and account teams to ensure understanding of deliverable timelines and roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop presentations and client materials to support activation and or event strategy and implementation
  • Provide oversight and management of success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and program recaps
  • Maintain final electronic files through the process as required by company standard operating procedures
  • Manage activation related administrational and budget/accounting matters, including payments to vendors
  • Ability to negotiate preferred rates, terms and conditions, along with understanding of common contractual hospitality industry elements that influence key decisions
  • High-level accuracy and diligence.

You Have These:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of agency or client-based hospitality, , account management, experiential marketing or similar planning background
  • Certified Meeting Professional, Meeting Manager, Event Professional (CMP, CMM, CSEP), Project Management certifications or similar preferred
  • Experience in planning, sourcing, and designing with a hotel, convention center, DMC, Production Company, or 3rd Party Agency
  • Proven experience leading and managing team members
  • Proven success leading client relationships and executing events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects independently and diligently while delivering under time pressure towards pre-defined goals
  • Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and flexible team player with proactive approach to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum :

$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
