To provide full lifecycle project management in design, renovation, and quality assurance of all branch offices. To assist with the design deliverable schedule on one or multiple (possibly simultaneous) projects, as related to all design disciplines. To assist with effective management of conceptual planning, design development, and specifications. Works under supervision. perform moderately complex/varied tasks with limited latitude and moderate impact. Experience in leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact Experience in reviewing and providing recommendations from technical documents Familiarity with facilities management and/or interior principles and practices Working knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies Effective MS Project skills or equivalent project tracking software Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective skill developing Capital budgets to include estimating, forecasting and adjusting Effective skill in using computer aided drafting (CAD) systems Effective skill interpreting schedules, sketches, layouts and blueprints Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Construction Management or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Desired Qualifications Familiarity with Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and procedures Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 | 5510 Heritage Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526 | 141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 | 9999 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, CA 92131 | 295 Bendix Road, Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA 23452 Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with customers' expectations, timelines & budget constraints Conduct assessment of existing branches; determine operational and aesthetic deficiencies Design and develop technical drawings of site layout and create interior design plans Evaluate and assess the viability of existing retail facilities Implement and utilize leading tools and techniques for site planning, analysis, and design Lead efforts to align design initiatives to Navy Federal business processes Make experienced recommendations on sustainable architecture and environmentally conscious design Participates in oversight of all design activity to include feasibility and solutions development Participates in collaboration with key partners in development and delivery of solutions Perform other duties as assigned
