Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager / Commercial Estimator position include: Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in project management or estimating. Develop conceptual and preliminary budgets, manage bidding processes, and analyze subcontractor/vendor proposals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, and Sage 100. Prepare/manage budgets, scopes, schedules, and oversee project execution in partnership with field teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, municipal approvals, and permitting. Lead client communication, progress meetings, and foster long-term relationships. Coordinate submittals, change orders, and financial tracking across all project phases. Ability to work 80% in-office and 20% on-site within the Des Moines Metro area.
