The future of CVS Supply Chain will be simple, efficient and utilize the latest in automation. To execute transformation, investments will be allocated to build new and optimal infrastructure, systems, and automation throughout our retail network. The Project Manager will join our PMO and play a key role in executing our transformation strategy. This role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of systemic projects including new Warehouse management rollouts, systemic integration with automation, and Warehouse Control Systems. Success in this role will hinge on the individual's ability to build healthy cross functional collaboration, communicate effectively, apply strong organizational and project management practices, and leverage previous experience implementing infrastructure enhancements. A curiosity to learn more is vital. This role is eligible for remote day to day work anywhere in the US with 50-75% travel. You will: Lead large, matrixed implementation projects that will help to advance network strategy and modernization. Leverage strong project management skills to successfully deliver key initiatives against project metrics. Manage pilots and the evaluation process to support business cases for new and enhanced operating models. Support Supply Chain transformation efforts through data-driven decision making and business case development. Play a critical role in helping to streamline and standardize process and ways of working. Define scope of work, project plans, deliverables and timelines while also tracking projects to successful completion. Required Qualifications 3+ years Supply Chain knowledge and/or project management experience. 3+ years delivering infrastructure or systems implementation projects. 3+ years working with WMS or related enterprise software. 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and delivering excellent results through partnership, communication, and collaboration. Travel 50%-75% to various DC sites and offices throughout the United States. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/workstreams, know when to adjust priorities, and remaining flexible when priorities shift, all while maintaining a positive attitude. PMP certification desired. Understanding of how to use MS Project Plan. Refined communication skills (clear and concise) across all levels of the organization. Ability to engage all audiences and encourage participation at various levels. Experience applying process improvement methodologies. Strong IT knowledge and eager to learn new skills. Organized, great follow-up/follow-through skills, and attention to details. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
