Water Laborer

Water Laborer - Fort Lupton, CO Pay: $20/hr (Day Shift) $22/hr (Night Shift) Paid weekly Overtime after 40 hours/week or 12 hours/day Hours: 65-85/week Shift: Day or Night Job Overview Support water treatment operations by setting up and maintaining systems using poly pipe, lay flat hose, and underground pipelines. Tasks include sample collection/testing, equipment operation, and data recording. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate water transfer systems Collect/test water samples and record data Maintain and clean equipment Lay out poly line and hose Operate pumps and generators Follow safety protocols and assist with spill clean-up Communicate via signals and radios Complete required safety training Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment Strong communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to work outdoors in all conditions Weekend availability required Experience in agriculture, labor, construction, or warehouse preferred Work Environment Report to shop daily for briefing and crew transfer Outdoor work with 14-hour shifts starting at 6 AM or 6 PM Rotating schedule with days off every 3 weeks Paid from shop arrival to return Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
