About the Role

ADH Disaster Restoration is seeking anexperienced, well-connected Business Development Managerwith an existing book of businessto help scale our client base in residential and commercial mitigation services. If you already have established relationships withinsurance adjusters, property managers, and insurance agentsand you're ready to hit the ground running we want to talk to you.

This isnot an entry-level role. We need a self-starter who brings their own referral network and can begin generating jobs immediately upon hire.

Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications:

What You'll Do

Leverage existing relationships to generate new restoration leads (water, fire, mold, storm)

Meet with adjusters, PMs, and insurance agents regularly to drive referrals

Represent ADH at networking events, property walkthroughs, and client meetings

Track, follow up, and close deals with minimal oversight

Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff and execution

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPI targets

Generate leads and develop new client relationships through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement

Conduct property inspections and assess potential restoration needs (training provided)

Develop strong business partnerships and Increase sales through building relationships with current and potential customers/clients

Utilize CRM to develop target customer list

Follow up on leads/referred jobs

Requirements:

5+ years proven B2B sale experience, preferably in residential and commercial disaster restoration or commercial construction

Results oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset and customer focused

Exceptional Sales, negotiation, communication and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality

Demonstrate exceptional time management skills

Proven ability to create new business and client relationships is a must

Executing Restoration Service Agreements with Building Owners / Property Managers

Have existing relationships with property managers, adjusters and insurance agents

Discuss Property Loss Assessments (PLA) and other benefits of pre-disaster planning with potential clients.

Active book of businesswith proven referral sources

Deep familiarity with property insurance, mitigation scopes, and adjuster communication

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Strong ability to drive job volume through pre-existing industry contacts

Compensation & Benefits:
