Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical construction or maintenance, with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including piping, HVAC, boilers, and rotating machinery.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, such as ASME, ANSI, and OSHA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
