Job Description


Acuren is currenlty seeking Blaster/ Painter to support La Porte, TX operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
  • Be conversant with relevant work techniques
  • Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge of a level 1-2 Rope Access Technician is a plus
  • Assist other technicians as required
  • Ensure operational safety of all equipment
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience Blaster/Painter is required
  • IRATA or SPRAT Level I Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling is aplus
  • Valid drivers license preferred
  • Required certification levels for specific projects
  • Must have industrial refinery experience
  • Must have mechanical industrial experience
  • Preferred individual with the NCCER certification (Trained Individual)
