We are seeking an experienced agile Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to join Zions Bancorporation. The Project Manager (Cybersecurity) plays a key role in organizing, planning, and delivering strategic cybersecurity initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams. Through these initiatives, Zions Bancorporations cybersecurity defenses keep pace with relevant cybersecurity threats thus protecting customer, employee, and corporate data, continuity of bank operations, and reputation.
The Project Manager (Cybersecurity) will:
Build trusting relationships with stakeholders in cybersecurity, technology, supply chain, and other departments.
Produce timely and high-quality business outcomes in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Within an agile framework, facilitate the definition, planning, approval, and delivery of projects, often across multiple teams in the organization.
Forecast and establish project budgets and track project costs.
Ensure risks and issues are documented and remediated.
Identify, analyze, and manage project stakeholders including communications and training for those impacted by the project.
Prepare status and other materials aimed at an executive audience.
Lead scrum and/or Kanban agile teams using Scaled Agile Framework.
Inform and coach teams about planning and delivery standards.
Contribute improvement ideas and participate in implementation of them.

Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in medium to large corporate environments.
Bachelors degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
High-level understanding (or aptitude) of cybersecurity technologies, governance, or operations is preferred.
Comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Polished leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). High emotional intelligence, initiative, and accountability.
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity
Adept at personal organization and desire to continuously improve
Proficiency in use of Microsoft applications and PPM tools
Project management or agile certifications are preferred (e.g. PMP, SAFe, Scrum Alliance).

This Project Manager position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047.
