Civil Structural Engineer (Forensic Investigations)
Seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with P.E. licensure in one of the following states: GA (Atlanta), OH (Northern), WI (Southern), TX (Dallas), IL (Chicago), SC (Columbia), or Midwest (OK, AR) to perform forensic inspections and prepare detailed reports for insurance claims.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in GA, OH, WI, TX, IL, SC, OK, or AR
Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Forensic investigation experience with prior insurance claim submissions
Strong background in roof and foundation inspections
Physical capability to climb 30 ft roofs at 40 angle and access crawl spaces/attics
Experience handling storm-related damage assessments (tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, fires)
Familiarity with commercial and residential property structures
Knowledge of construction materials and structural failure analysis
Perform on-site forensic investigations of damaged residential and commercial buildings
Inspect roofs, foundations, and structural components for storm and disaster-related damage
Document findings and prepare detailed reports for insurance claim submission
Manage daily claims, including foundation damage, tree impact assessments, and related issues
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
