About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of a 10-unit apartment building and a mobile home park. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing both preventive and emergency maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general property systems
Oversee lawn care, landscaping, and exterior cleanliness
Handle minor repairs (painting, flooring, appliances, fixtures, etc.)
Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized work
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety standards
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies
Keep maintenance records and supply inventories
Requirements
Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or related trade
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to live onsite preferred but not required
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage or monthly salary $15 to $20
Housing allowance / discounted rent
