Handyman - Pay Per Job $1000/week

Seeking a full time skilled handyman/maintenance technician. Pay is per job and average take home pay is $1000/week depending on customer demand. Youll be responsible for traveling within your local area to complete jobs and provide free estimates.

Requirements:
Must know English fluently
Have your own tools
Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
Have a valid driver's license
Be able to create your own schedule and manage your time independently
Have great work ethic and aim to please the customer above all
Be physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Required Skills:
Drywall and ceiling repair
Light electrical (e.g., replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures)
Light plumbing (e.g., replacing flush valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals)

Bonus Skills (preferred but not required):
Laminate flooring
Tiling
Painting
Furniture assembly
Water heater installation
Baseboard molding cutting/installation
Gutter repair
