Carpentry helpers/general construction work

We are a residential construction company looking to hire carpenters, carpentry helpers, and laborers. This is a full time job doing mostly carpentry work (framing, siding, trim, etc) but occasionally we have to dig footings or clean out silt fences. Pay based on experience and productivity. W2, no health insurance, paid time off after 6 months, hablamos un poquito.
