About the Role*
Reliable Property Experts is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and people-friendly Property Inspector to join our growing team. If you're looking for flexible work that allows you to stay productive, interact with tenants, and help maintain quality housing, this opportunity is for you.

As a Property Inspector, youll perform 37 property inspections per day, assessing rental properties and reporting damages or issues that need attention. Youll also help us deliver excellent service by being the eyes and ears on the ground.

*Primary Responsibilities*
Inspect individual rooms for damage or maintenance issues
Inspect common areas including kitchens, bathrooms, attic, and crawl spaces
Inspect building exteriors for damage or hazards
Communicate with 2040 tenants per day in a professional and friendly manner
Complete digital Maintenance Day Inspection Forms
Submit Work Order Forms for any identified repairs
