Plumbing PreConstruction Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Pre Construction Manager to lead in mechanical and plumbing projects. If you're skilled in these areas, this role is made for you!

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Construction, emphasis on process piping and plumbing preferred.
• Background in project management and estimating.
• Knowledge of project buyout for mechanical and plumbing materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing project scopes.
• Track record of successfully handling projects exceeding $10 million in size.
• Ability to craft accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
