Lead Carpenter

Mike Noorman Builders, LLC, a well-established builder in business over 20 years, is seeking a full-time lead carpenter to join our successful team. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial construction on-site management. Everything from window replacements, framing additions to building new homes. Framing experience and interior trim is a must. He or she will need to lead a team of carpenters to carry out their duties according to their skill level. You must ensure that the reputation of the company is upheld by producing high quality work and show good customer service through your interaction with customers. You would need to provide your own hand tools. Pay rate TBD.
