We are looking for a LEAD Welder/Fabricator. Applicant must have plenty of experience in metal welding/fabrication, overhead crane operation, and efficient manufacturing processes. Looking for someone with minimum 5 years welding experience who can show up on time and work their full shift. Must have great communication skills and work well with others. Applicant must be motivated with good communication skills, common sense and willingness to learn and try new manufacturing concepts. Must have the ability to work long hours in an outside open-air shop. Welding test will be required at interview. Some training available for a committed candidate. Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Shift is Mon - Fri 4am - 12:30pm, never deal with traffic.
Must be a self-starter who is driven by results, this is not a job where someone will walk you through time and time again, must be a Fabrication superstar, read prints and build to match prints not a half inch bigger or smaller, this individual will help train all other employees as we grow the department. We need someone who can make a mistake and own it/fix it! Not try to hide it.
Benefits include: paid holidays after the first 90 days of employment, 2 weeks accrued PTO during the first year of employment and 3 weeks accrued PTO during the second year of employment, annual bonuses, growth within the company, overtime opportunities and a competitive pay.
New employees will be eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment.
