What You'll Do:

• Install, replace, and service HVAC systems and components
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs
• Educate homeowners on HVAC options and energy efficiency
• Perform routine system maintenance
• Mentor and guide junior technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Follow local codes, safety protocols, and company standards
• Work in various conditions—climb ladders, lift 50–100 lbs, enter tight spaces

• EPA Certification (or willingness to get certified immediately)
• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to support others
• Strong communication skills with customers and peers
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving HVAC technologies and systems
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
