On-Site Manager Billings, MT (Logistics/Delivery Operations)

We are seeking a hands-on On-Site Manager based in Billings, MT to oversee our local operations as well as support delivery teams in Idaho Falls, ID (2 trucks) and Belgrade, MT (2 trucks).

About the Role:
The On-Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics, scheduling delivery routes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations in Billings and support teams in Idaho Falls and Belgrade
- Plan and monitor delivery routes using Descartes routing software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep operations on track
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure timely, efficient, and professional service

Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills; experience with logistics software a plus
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Punctual, self-driven, and highly organized
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and will be discussed one-on-one.
