Do you have the skills to orchestrate complex projects from start to finish? We are looking for a Healthcare Foreman to take the helm and manage the installation of crucial life-safety systems in healthcare facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage your crew, directing their daily activities and goals.
- Keep the project on track, guaranteeing all deadlines are met and that the work is of the highest quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Take ownership of the project, including handling all personnel issues and coordinating safety efforts.
- Mentor and train technicians, building a skilled and efficient team.
- Oversee all project reporting, providing clear and concise updates on progress.
Schedule:
- Hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed).
Skills Required:
- Possess knowledge of security, nurse call and fire life safety systems, including but not limited to EST3, Lenel, and Ascom
- Program and troubleshoot fire life safety, security and nurse call systems
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years in construction and/or low voltage installation
- 5+ years installing low voltage in the Healthcare environment
- 4+ years in a leadership role
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
- Punctuality and regular attendance
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
- Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50+ pounds daily
- Drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day
- You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations. Confined spaces may occasionally be required.
- Work is performed in hospitals and other medical facilities with patient contact.
