Front End Loader Operator

What You'll Get To Do :

• Operate loader and feed crusher/wash plant to transport materials efficiently and safely.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, including fueling, greasing, and pre/post-operation inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and plant work areas; transport materials to and from storage/shop areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; assist with plant property inspections.
• Availability for weekend rotations as required by operational needs.

What We Are Looking For :

• Demonstrated training and proficiency in equipment operation, including use of loader scale; previous experience and versatility with multiple machines are assets.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to contribute positively to a productive work environment.
• Ability to work safely and independently, with minimal supervision and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
• Adaptability to year-round outdoor and indoor conditions, with physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and walk on varied terrain.
• Reliable and safety-conscious, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
