Got Watt Electric | Solar | HVAC serves the greater Bay Area, providing high-end home upgrades. We are currently seeking motivated and qualified individuals to help us meet ever-increasing demand, with immediate openings for the following position:

Solar Lead Installer/Roof Crew Lead

Full time | M-F | 40hrs per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
* Install residential solar PV equipment
* Install rooftop equipment, flashings, rail, etc
* Install EMT conduit and inverters
* Coordinate and schedule within team as needed
* Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
* Must be able to work in various positions including: stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, bending over, sitting, and squatting for extending periods of time
* Operate CRM/Apps/Softwares
* Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and move up to 60 pounds
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
* Must be responsible and able to complete jobs in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
* Must practice safety at all times and comply with all OSHA rules and requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years experience
* Valid CA drivers license
* Must have reliable transportation
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to delegate to others and lead by example
* Maintain a professional demeanor and a clean appearance
