Painter Seeking an experienced painter for both interior and exterior work. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results are essential.

Make Ready Skilled in preparing units for move-ins and projects. Experience in painting, basic electrical, drywall, flooring, and plumbing is highly preferred.

Ticket Runner Responsible for completing multiple work orders and service requests daily. Strong prioritization and time management skills are required.
