Need a skilled carpenter

I am looking for a skilled carpenter with his own hand tools and transportation. I do a lot of custom Decks and pergola's , fences and porches. At the moment it's myself and my son and a laborer who have been working with me for years. I will pay excellent $ for the right person, please don't sell yourself as something you are not.
