Residential Cleaning Contractor (1099 - Independent Contractor)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company looking to partner with reliable, experienced independent contractors to serve clients in Northen VA, Woodbridge, Stafford County, Spotsylvania, King George, and Richmond area.

As a contractor, youll have the flexibility to accept jobs that work for your schedule, bring your own supplies, and get paid weekly all while providing exceptional service to our local customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning bathrooms/kitchens
Bring and use your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain professional communication with the company and clients
Provide a high standard of service with attention to detail
Ensure client satisfaction after every appointment
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, towels, products)
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs if needed
Able to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have your own insurance or the ability to obtain.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
You are not an employee and will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes
Contractors are responsible for their own insurance and tax obligations
