Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs
• Assist solar installers and electricians with staging and moving solar panels, racking, and equipment on commercial rooftops.
• Perform general labor duties such as loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and handling tools.
• Help assemble and install racking systems under supervision.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Assist in setting up fall protection systems and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support the crew with lifting, measuring, and fastening materials as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or solar installation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work safely and comfortably on commercial rooftops.
• OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
