Electrician/Lighting Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Lighting & Electrical maintenance for properties under reoccurring monthly service contracts
Drive, Clean, Stock, Maintain Work Truck, Boom Lift
Must be familiar with all lamp types
Common Area Building, Wall Packs, Pathway, Parking Area Fixtures (replace lamps and ballasts)
Retrofitting Light Fixtures to LED (ballast Bypass)
Experience with voltages of 120,208,240,277,480 VAC
Work on Photocells, Timeclocks, Panels and Breakers
Troubleshooting
Provide recommendations for additional work on properties serviced

Qualified Candidates Are Required To Have the Following:

Good communication skills and clean appearance
2-4 years' experience as a Lighting Maintenance Technician
Personal electrical hand tools and electrical and cordless power tools
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Valid Drivers license with clean record
