HVAC Service Technician

Staffmark is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a reputable, locally owned company in Bossier City, LA. Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and service components like compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats
• Install or replace HVAC parts and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance, issues, and service recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all job documentation
• Ensure clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in good condition

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Technical school certification or degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
