Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Lead Electrician / Foreman for a project in West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires a proven leader who can run crews, manage the full scope of work on a ground-up project, and still be hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising crews on the job site

• Understanding and overseeing the full scope of ground-up electrical work

• Laying out plans and assigning tasks to crew members

• Giving direction and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of work

• Performing hands-on electrical work as needed

• Coordinating with site management and following safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Electrician / Foreman running job sites

• Must have led crews on commercial or ground-up projects before

• Electrical license preferred

• OSHA certification strongly desired

• Basic hand tools required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and with a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
