Builder - Account Coordinator

$40,000 to $45,000 based on experience!

Job Summary:

Employee will enter and order new home selections for installation. Manage accounts to ensure that builder install schedules are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Confirm all material is in warehouse for install and services
• Maintain files
• Request any job finishes
• Communicate efficiently with Account Manager and Construction Mangers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Confirm scheduling of installs
• Schedule services with homeowners/builders
• Gain a working knowledge of PODIO and RFMS construction and flooring software.
• Gain a working knowledge of all builder scheduling systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Must have proficient computer skills, being comfortable enough to learn new systems.

3. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

4. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
