SCHEDULE: M - F, core business hours (schedule flexibility required)

START DATE: ASAP

COMPENSATION: $87,000 - $94,000.00 per annum

Objective:As a hybrid On-Site Manager / Coordinator on our TELUS Digital team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site TELUS employees and project participants for a data collection projects in multiple locations. The role requires class-leading operations engagement involving strong verbal communication skills, ability to empathize with and respond to customers' and team-members' needs, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. Collaboration with multi-location and cross-functional team members will be key to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Primary Responsibilities:Be ion in a controlled environment ensuring the collection is done according to the customer's requirementRecognize Client needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with TELUS management teams. Manage and support onsite teams of 4-5 members per location (2-3 locations) Report and escalate to management as needed Report regularly to Program Manager, Project Managers, and other team members Ensure the on-site team is properly trained and meet the project requirements Supervise and provide guidance to the on-site team Track participant appointments and collections' progress. Ensure participants' satisfaction Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively Manage the logistics related to running the on-site location Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in user research, moderated studies, or data collection 3-5 years of experience as a retail manager, food service manager, hospital Manager, or similar environment/domain preferred 2-3 years experience in managing small teams Technical proficiency (including spreadsheets and Google workspace) Exceptional customer service experience and skills Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project Ability to commute between locations based on the current needs. Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail Fluency in English is a must
