Job Title: Electrical Mechanic or Apprentice Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled mechanics or apprentice-level electricians to join our team for a landscape lighting project at Atlantic Park. The role involves roughing-in landscape lights in flower beds, installing over 120 lights for trees, and managing careful excavation and replacement of plants.

Responsibilities

• Rough-in landscape lights in flower beds with precision.

• Install over 120 tree lights with care and accuracy.

• Dig in existing flower beds, ensuring minimal disruption to plants.

• Carefully remove and replace plants after conduit installation.

Essential Skills

• Experience bending and running conduit/pipe.

• Possess reliable transportation.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant electrical experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems.

• Experience in commercial and industrial electrical environments.

• Journeyman or apprentice electrician certification is a plus.

Work Environment

Work outdoors from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires careful handling of plants and equipment, emphasizing precision and care in a collaborative setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suffolk, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
