Live-In Handyman Needed Free Housing!

Were looking for a reliable live-in superintendent / handyman to join our family-owned apartment complex and keep things running smoothly. This role includes free on-site housing in exchange for being the go-to person for tenant needs and property upkeep

Youll handle:

Basic plumbing & electrical

General repairs & maintenance

Common area cleaning

Seasonal snow removal and spring/fall maintenance

Lawn care

Apartment turnover cleaning

-Can hold outside jobs if desired

-Extra paid work available (painting, tiling, flooring, drywall etc.)

Must be reliable, skilled, and ready for maintenance emergencies. Must have own tools and transportation for picking up supplies.

Must have knowledge of renovation work (painting, tiling, drywall, flooring)

85% of units have already been renovated. This job will be mostly upkeep.
