Trailer Technician/Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trailer Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing team in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to perform repair and maintenance services on a wide variety of trailer types and styles. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, and be capable of managing tasks independently.

Pay: Based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 12v and 125v electrical wiring and diagnostics
• Install and service trailer HVAC (AC/Heat) systems
• Install tie-downs, cabinets, awnings, and rubber flooring
• Weld aluminum and steel components
• Service trailer brakes, bearings, and axles
• Adjust spring ramp doors
• Service hydraulic pumps and jacks
• Replace aluminum sheeting and interior walls
• Install roof vents, windows, and fuel doors
• Perform other general trailer repairs as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trailer repair and maintenance
• Proficient in welding (steel and aluminum)
• Experience with 12v/125v electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
