Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Surveyor position include: Must be a US Citizen with a clean record and 3+ years of field surveying experience in civil construction. Proficiency with Trimble software, Total Station equipment, and AutoCAD for verifying existing conditions and building project models. Ability to take CAD drawings and integrate them with Trimble data for accurate field validation. Collaborate with project managers in cost control by measuring completed work and documenting progress. Travel to job sites to observe, gather field data, take shots of existing conditions, and verify site conditions. Analyze survey data using Trimble software and provide feedback to the team. Certification as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Certified Survey Technician (CST) preferred. Strong organizational skills for managing survey data and documentation. Salary : $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
