DoE Zip Code: 98168 Job Type: Contract (0-6 Months) Start Date: ASAP Keywords: #Designerjobs #AutoCADjobs #DrafterJobs #Tukwilajobs; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *Our client provides design and contract management for customers who need to have their residential building"s water supply and sewer piping replaced. *We are looking for CAD Drafter to support the plumbing designs for larger buildings such as multi story condominiums or apartments using AutoCAD MEP. *This is a part time role, on an as needed basis, but this could turn into a full-time role in the future based on anticipated workload. *This is an ideal role for an experienced person who is semi-retired or interested in part time. 75% of the drafting work will be plumbing related and 25% will be HVAC related.
