I am working with a GC that is replacing all the trusses and plywood of a house and I need 2 guys that can come at the end of each day to make sure the house is tarped correctly. I am tarping the house with plastic sheathing and furring strips. I will pay 50% daily, and the 50% once the house trusses are done and no water got inside the home.
