Project Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our onsite project team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, field-oriented environment. The position supports critical documentation and tracking functions across multiple project phases. Responsibilities Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking and reporting. Perform document control, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of project files. Handle filing and organization of physical and digital records. Track project modules and maintain status updates. Manage and process change orders in coordination with project leads. Support onsite team operations and collaborate closely with field personnel. Assist with project administration during transitions between CO, TX, and CA phases. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management. Experience with document control systems and administrative filing. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior field experience or exposure to construction/project environments preferred. Flexibility to travel and adapt to shifting project locations. Why Work Here?
