Job Summary

Welder Coordinator

The position is located at 801 Kingsley Street, Winsted, MN 55395. 10% domestic and international travel.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do

As a Welder Coordinator, you will:

Engage in welding and pipe fitting of sub assembly or BPU building block and operating machines for manufacturing machine units for various customers. Support and contribute to new and improved ways of working. Work with less experienced welders to help build their pipefitting skills and knowledge. Report any production abnormalities and take corrective actions under supervision. Responsible for day-to-day production in a safe and efficient manner adhering to plans that ensure on-time delivery. Follow strict accordance with company discipline and Standard Operating Procedures/work instructions. Responsible for in-process inspections according to quality requirements. Rework labor work sheets and submit them in a timely manner. Actively participate in multiskilled training and the team's World Class Manufacturing/5S activities.We believe you have

High School Diploma in Welding, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in hygienic food safety and code welding. In the alternative, will accept 7 years of experience in hygienic food safety and code welding.

Must have work experience in:1. Code welding codes ASME, AWS, and ISO and the related qualifications including coupons and interpreting WPS information; 2. Weld defects including undercut, overlap, lack of fusion, underfill, overfill, wander, porosity, color, and spatter and how to interpret; 3. Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; 4. Training and developing training weld employees; and 5. TIG, Orbital, and MIG welding.Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime, annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $58,906.00 to $88,906.00Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.Benefits: 401k company match, paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, company credit card, and much more!We Offer You
