Qualifications and responsibilities for this RLS Project Manager position include: Professional Land Surveyor (RLS) license in Arizona or ability to obtain within 90 days. Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred. Proven experience managing land surveying projects, ideally in civil/commercial sectors. Strong client relationship-building skills; business development a plus. Lead and manage commercial/residential surveying projects from planning through delivery. Coordinate field and design teams; manage project scope, timelines, and budgets. Oversee quality control, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain client communications and handle invoicing, WIP tracking, and A/R follow-up. Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
