General labor Location: Stacy, Minnesota Job Type: Contract to Hire Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer join our team in the manufacturing of pre-cast concrete structures used for sanitation and storm drainage. This role involves hands-on work with concrete forms, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process, and supporting general labor tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of pre-cast concrete structures. Use hand tools to maintain the integrity of concrete forms. Smooth and finish concrete surfaces to eliminate imperfections. Perform general labor tasks throughout the week. Required Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude (e.g., working on vehicles, assembling furniture, landscaping). Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dirty environment. Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and 10-15 hours of overtime. Preferred: 6+ months of manufacturing experience 6+ months of landscaping or manual labor experience Demonstrated job longevity Why Join Us? All work is performed indoors, but the environment can be dusty and dirty. Temperature varies seasonally (cool in winter, warm in summer). PPE provided: steel-toed boots, safety vests, glasses, hard hats, gloves, and earplugs. Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 50-hour workweeks. Shifts available: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
